This challenge will bring you back to the fundamentals that support energy, mood, body composition, and long‑term health - in a friendly and motivating environment.

The 'SEEDS Method' is a practical, evidence‑based framework designed to help you feel better by focusing on the habits that matter most - without overwhelm, extremes, or perfection.
SEEDS is not a diet, a workout plan, or a rigid routine. It’s a way of tending to your foundations daily, in a way that fits real life.

S- How well do we Sleep? Essential for hormone regulation, recovery and appetite control

E - What, when and how much do we Eat? Simple, balanced nutrition that fuels your body consistently - without restriction or confusion

E - How often do we Exercise? Supporting your life, not exhausting it. Daily movement and strength training is a priority.

D - What and how often do we Drink? Often overlooked, hydration plays a key role in energy levels, digestion and concentration.

The Reset:

The 30-day reset is open to everyone, no matter your goal. Upon signing up you will be granted access to the WhatsApp group, this is where all the information about the challenge will be shared and you will submit your daily progress. It will also act as a friendly group for moral support.

You will commit to the following daily habits:
Sleep - A minimum of 8 hours
Exercise - 3 workouts a week
Eat - Eat clean, hit your targets
Drink - Consume your daily intake
Supplement - Educate yourself on supplements and learn which ones could support your goals

Points mean prizes!
Research shows that accountability and motivation significantly increases when participants are part of a group or community. Each day you will be encouraged to collect points by completing specific habits related to the SEEDS methodology - every day will move you closer towards your goal.

Extras: Home workouts and group meet ups!
For those who do not regularly attend gym classes, a selection of equipment and non-equipment home workouts will be provided for you to follow along with. As well as this, we will aim for at least 1 group meet-up during the challenge.
