Who are we?
We understand nutrition is more than just food choices.
Whether it’s achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight or fuelling your body for athletic performance, True North Nutrition recognises that nutrition encompasses much more than simply “eating healthily.”
With five+ years of experience as a gym owner and trainer in the North East, I have assisted hundreds of clients in both 1-2-1 and group settings to enhance their health and fitness. Throughout this journey, I observed that establishing a regular exercise routine is often one of the easier challenges - the real struggle often lies in nutrition.
Having obtained a diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science from the world-renowned Mac-Nutrition, I have a detailed understanding of the nutritional theory and behaviour change techniques to support a wide range of clients.

What can you expect from True North Nutrition? An evidenced based approach, free from judgment that focuses on providing clients with the correct information and tools to support long-term success - available in person throughout the North East and Northumberland or online.
1. Deep Dive Consultation
Following an initial enquiry, each relationship starts with a 45-minute deep-dive consultation so I can learn more about your specific goals and current lifestyle.

2. Personalised Plan
Based on our in-depth consultation, I will create a personalised guidance document that includes a variety of actionable insights, a detailed plan to help you achieve your goals, along with recommendations for supplements, exercises, and necessary reviews.

3. Ongoing Support
If you choose to add our ongoing support package (recommended!), we will work together on a weekly basis to help you implement your personalised plan, working through any challenges and tailoring to optimise results.
